1 When to expect it
After 5 working days of review — no faster route is offered. The clock starts when a complete file reaches the Moldova authority.
2 If it has not arrived
- Search the whole mailbox for your reference, including spam, promotions and any filtered folders. Automated approval mail is filtered often.
- Re-read the email address you entered. A typo there is the most common cause of a "missing" approval, and it is not something waiting longer will fix.
- Check whether a work address is blocking it. Corporate mail filters strip attachments from unknown senders; a personal address is safer for this.
- Only then treat it as late — that is, once you are past 5 working days.
3 What to do with it
Save a copy offline rather than relying on having signal at the airport. Check the passport number, full name exactly as printed in the machine-readable line, date of birth, nationality and passport expiry date on the approval against the passport you will actually travel on, the moment it arrives — a mismatch found now is fixable, and one found at check-in is not.
4 Before you travel
Work through the Moldova eVisa requirements checklist, then continue to the application flow. Other questions for this destination are collected in the Moldova eVisa FAQ.
United eVisa Services is a private application-support provider, not a government agency. The immigration authority makes the decision.
