   Batch B growth surfaces: calculator, compares, and changelog

   Shipped the eVisa fee calculator (government + service fee estimates), expanded curated destination comparison pages, and this editorial changelog hub as part of Batch B growth surfaces.

   Batch B adds utility pages that help travelers estimate total eVisa costs and compare destinations before they apply — wired into sitemap, footer, and internal link discovery. The fee calculator surfaces government and service fee estimates from our published product data. Eleven new curated compare pages join the existing hub so travelers can evaluate requirements, processing times, and travel fit side by side. This changelog hub documents editorial updates to trust signals, SEO inventory, and growth tools. It does not announce fee changes; government and service fees remain as published on each destination page.

2. August 1, 2026

   Marketing destination count aligned to 44 countries

   Hero, about, and trust metrics now derive the public destination count from COUNTRIES.length instead of a hard-coded number.

   Public-facing copy that mentions how many destinations we support now reads from the same country registry that powers the apply flow and sitemap. When we add or retire a destination module, the marketing count updates automatically — no manual edits to scattered hero or footer strings.

   Destination hubs now show real last-reviewed dates

   Replaced runtime “Updated today” stamps with editorial lastReviewed dates on country hubs and the eVisa Index.

   We stamped an editorial `lastReviewed` date on every destination module and surfaced it on hubs so freshness signals match real review work — not the calendar day a visitor loads the page. The eVisa Index and destination requirement pages now derive their “last updated” display from the same ISO dates stored in country modules, keeping structured data and visible copy aligned.

   Visa-for pages expanded to eligible curated pairs

   Indexable visa-for URLs now cover all eligible curated nationality × destination pairs instead of a priority-destination subset.

   We rewrote the visa-for indexation rule so eligible online destinations paired with curated nationalities are included in the sitemap and crawlable inventory. The expansion adds hundreds of long-tail nationality pages that were previously built but not indexed, without changing eligibility criteria or fee tables.

5. August 1, 2026

   InternalLinks now surfaces visa-for nationality pages

   Destination hubs and outbound link helpers include a visa-by-nationality block linking to curated visa-for pairs.

   We added a visa-by-nationality section to InternalLinks on destination pages so visitors and crawlers can discover relevant nationality-specific requirement pages from each hub. Outbound coverage helpers mirror the same hrefs, keeping sitemap entries from becoming orphans without inbound links.
