- Passport data page, scanned or photographed so the machine-readable line is fully legible. Validity must cover the end of a stay of up to 30 days.
- A compliant photo — recent, plain background, full face, no filters or cropping from a group shot.
- Your travel dates, and an address for your first nights.
- Contact details, including an email address you can actually reach abroad. The approval is delivered there.
2 By purpose of travel
Mongolia issues 2 products covering Tourist and Transit travel. A transit product expects onward travel evidence. Apply under the purpose that matches what you will actually do.
3 Fees
The government fee is US$56–US$82 depending on the product, plus our flat US$59.99 service fee per traveller.
4 The check that prevents most refusals
Read the passport number, full name exactly as printed in the machine-readable line, date of birth, nationality and passport expiry date off the passport itself and compare them with the form, line by line. Not from memory — a mismatch here costs the fee and the 5 working days review window.
