1 What you are paying for
- The US$65–US$95 Kenya government fee, which varies by which of the 3 products you apply for.
- Our flat US$59.99 service fee per traveller — no rush surcharge and no nationality surcharge.
Both are charged per person, so a group pays both amounts for every traveller.
2 If a card is declined
The decline nearly always comes from the bank, not from us. Cross-border blocks are the usual cause, especially if you are applying while travelling. Check your banking app, approve the transaction there, then retry once. Repeatedly retrying can create duplicate applications.
3 When to pay
Pay once your details are final. Review runs 5 working days, and a correction after payment can mean a fresh application and a fresh government fee — so the last read-through belongs before checkout, not after.
4 Refunds
If immigration declines your application, we refund our service fee. Government fees are non-refundable. Eligibility and timelines are in our refund policy. Full terms are in the refund policy.
5 Before you pay
Work through the Kenya eTA requirements checklist, then continue to the application flow. Other questions for this destination are collected in the Kenya eTA FAQ.
United eVisa Services is a private application-support provider, not a government agency. The immigration authority makes the decision.
