Urgent Vietnam eVisa
Standard Vietnam eVisa handling runs 5 working days from a complete submission. There is no paid rush tier to buy here, and nobody can promise an immigration authority a delivery date. What this page does instead is help you work out whether the standard window actually reaches your flight — before you spend anything.
Will standard processing reach your travel date?
Count working days in Vietnam between submitting a complete application and your departure — not calendar days, and not counting public holidays. Then find your band.
Standard handling fits with room for one resubmission if a document is rejected.
Standard handling fits. Check your documents carefully before submitting — the margin covers a fix, not two.
Submit today, and only with documents you have already checked against the passport. A single resubmission will not fit.
The standard window alone uses up your remaining time. Talk to us before you buy a non-refundable ticket.
The clock starts when a complete file reaches the authority, not when you begin the form. That distinction is what catches most late applicants out.
What “expedited” really means for Vietnam
Faster handling is on request, and never guaranteed. It has been possible in around 1 working day, but it depends on document quality and the authority’s workload on the day. Three things worth knowing before you pay anyone:
- We do not sell a rush tier. Our service fee is a flat US$ 59.99 per traveller with no rush surcharge, because there is no speed product to charge you for.
- No service can move a file up an immigration queue. Treat a guaranteed same-day promise as a reason to look elsewhere, not a reason to pay more.
- Speed does not change the decision. A file with a problem drops back into normal review however it was handled.
What actually makes a file move fast
One thing: not going round the queue twice. A returned application restarts the 5 working days window, so avoiding a single resubmission saves more time than any rush service would.
- 1. Read the passport, not your memory. Passport number, full name as printed in the machine-readable line, date of birth, nationality and expiry date must match exactly.
- 2. Check validity against the end of your stay. A Vietnam eVisa allows up to 90 days; measure the expiry date against the last day, not your outbound flight.
- 3. Use a compliant photo and a legible data-page scan. Glare, cropped corners and photographed screens are the two commonest causes of a returned file.
- 4. Pick the right product. Single entry ends when you leave Vietnam. If your trip crosses the border twice, you need multiple entry — discovering that at the border costs far more than the fee difference.
What it costs, with no urgency premium
The Vietnamese government fee is US$55–US$80 depending on the product, plus our flat US$ 59.99 service fee per traveller — US$114.99 in total for the cheapest option. The same amounts apply whether your trip is next month or next week.
Government fees are not refundable once an application is submitted, because the assessment has happened. Our service fee is refunded if immigration declines the application — see the refund policy.
If the window does not fit
Say so before you commit money. The options that actually exist are:
- Move the travel date by a few working days. Usually cheaper than a missed flight and always more reliable than hoping.
- Ask whether a different route applies to your nationality. Some passports have entry options the eVisa route does not cover.
- Apply anyway, but do not book non-refundable travel until the approval is in hand.
Talk to us before you book if your travel is urgent. We would rather tell you the timing does not work than take a government fee for an application that lands after your flight.
