- passport number not matching your travel passport;
- full name spelling or order different from the passport;
- wrong date of birth or nationality;

- a low-quality passport scan or non-compliant photo.
A mismatch in any of these can surface at check-in or on arrival, which is the worst time to discover it.
2 Can it still be fixed?
- Right after submitting — the best window to raise the issue before the application is locked into review.
- Once it is under review — corrections are often no longer accepted, and a corrected new application becomes the dependable route.

- Decide whether it is an identity/passport error (high risk) or a minor non-identity detail (lower risk, still confirm).
- Keep your application reference, passport number, and the exact entered name ready before contacting support.

Before resubmitting, check every field directly against your passport — number, expiry, full name and order, date of birth, nationality, and arrival details. Comparing line by line is far more reliable than memory.
