Being straight about this matters: our service fee is a flat US$59.99 per traveller with no rush surcharge, because there is no rush product to sell you. United eVisa Services is a private application-support provider, not a government agency. The immigration authority makes the decision. Nobody who charges you extra can move a file up an immigration queue either — be wary of anyone promising a guaranteed date.
1 What actually makes a file move fast
A clean submission. A file that needs no clarification is handled on the first pass; one with a bad scan or a passport mismatch goes back into the queue and loses the 3 working days twice over. That is the whole lever, and it costs nothing.
2 Before you book anything
- Check the passport number, full name exactly as printed in the machine-readable line, date of birth, nationality and passport expiry date against the passport itself.
- Use a compliant photo and a legible data-page scan.
- Confirm your passport covers a stay of up to 30 days.
- Talk to support before you buy a non-refundable ticket if your travel is urgent. We would rather tell you the timing does not work than take a US$150–US$260 government fee for an application that lands after your flight.
3 If your date is already too close
Count remaining working days, not calendar days, and include public holidays in Hong Kong. If the standard window does not fit, moving the travel date is a real option and paying more is not — no fee changes what the reviewer does.
4 Before you apply
Work through the Hong Kong eVisa requirements checklist, then continue to the application flow. Other questions for this destination are collected in the Hong Kong eVisa FAQ.
