Can I submit one application for my whole family?

On this pageView sections

1 What is shared and what is not

  • Not shared: the permit itself, the passport it is linked to, and the US$75–US$110 Egypt government fee. Each of those is per person.
  • Not shared: our service fee, which is a flat US$59.99 per traveller with no family discount and no nationality surcharge.
  • Shared: the session. You can add every traveller to one application and pay once, which is far easier to keep track of.

2 Children count as travellers

Infants and children need their own permit even when they travel on a parent's booking. A child included on a parent's passport still needs to be checked against Egypt's current rules before you assume otherwise.

3 Where families go wrong

Copying one person's details across the group. Every traveller's passport number, full name exactly as printed in the machine-readable line, date of birth, nationality and passport expiry date must come from their own passport. Middle names and name order differ more than people expect, and one mismatched record can hold up the set.

4 Timing for a group

Allow the full 5 working days (sometimes around 2 working days where faster handling is possible — on request, never guaranteed) — and remember the group only travels when the last approval lands. Apply for everyone at once rather than trickling applications in.

5 Before you apply

Work through the Egypt eVisa requirements checklist, then continue to the application flow. Other questions for this destination are collected in the Egypt eVisa FAQ.

United eVisa Services is a private application-support provider, not a government agency. The immigration authority makes the decision.

Final review

Before you submit

A short check now can prevent avoidable corrections later.

  • Match names, passport numbers, and birth dates exactly.
  • Use clear document images and confirm the requested format.
  • Re-check travel dates and supporting bookings before payment.

Processing times are estimates and immigration authorities make the final decision. Avoid paying twice or resubmitting unchanged information.

Ready for the next step?

Check the route before entering passport details.

Review eligibility and fees first. You can leave before payment if the available route does not fit your trip.
