Is there a refund if my Bahrain eVisa is denied?

On this pageView sections

1 The government fee stays with the authority

The US$54–US$147 Bahrain government fee buys an assessment of your application. If the answer is no, the assessment still took place, so the fee is not returned. That is the authority's rule and no provider can override it.

2 Our service fee comes back

If immigration declines your application, we refund our service fee. Government fees are non-refundable. Eligibility and timelines are in our refund policy. Our flat service fee is US$59.99 per traveller. Timelines, eligibility and exceptions are set out in the refund policy.

3 What does not count as a denial

  • Withdrawing your own application — the assessment was already triggered.
  • A file returned for correction — that is not a decision, and it is usually fixable.
  • Being refused entry at the border with a valid permit. An approval authorises travel; the officer at the border still makes the final call.

4 Cheaper than any refund

Most declines are mechanical — a passport mismatch, a validity gap, an unreadable scan. Checking the Bahrain eVisa requirements before you pay protects the US$54–US$147 that no policy returns.

United eVisa Services is a private application-support provider, not a government agency. The immigration authority makes the decision.

Final review

Before you submit

A short check now can prevent avoidable corrections later.

  • Match names, passport numbers, and birth dates exactly.
  • Use clear document images and confirm the requested format.
  • Re-check travel dates and supporting bookings before payment.

Processing times are estimates and immigration authorities make the final decision. Avoid paying twice or resubmitting unchanged information.

Check the route before entering passport details.

Review eligibility and fees first. You can leave before payment if the available route does not fit your trip.
